Job Description
As part of its continued growth, Manou Pro Clean Inc. is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee operations and service quality in Laval. The selected candidate will play an important role in coordinating cleaning teams and maintaining a high level of professional service for our clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning teams at various locations.
- Conduct regular quality inspections.
- Ensure assigned cleaning duties are completed properly.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and cleaning standards.
- Assist with the onboarding and training of employees.
- Monitor cleaning supplies, products, and equipment needs.
- Address operational issues that arise in the field.
- Communicate with management regarding daily operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has strong organizational, communication, and priority-management skills. We are looking for someone who is independent, professional, and committed to customer satisfaction. Relevant experience in cleaning services or team supervision is preferred.
